We're pleased to welcome all Fort Bend 3rd thru 5th graders to attend our Chase Financial Literacy Event on Saturday, January 20th from 12:30pm - 2:00pm. A short presentation followed by some fun interactive games! Participants signing-up for The UTMA All-Stars will earn $33 in S&P 500 shares.

About the event
The UTMA All-Stars non-profit is partnering with Chase Bank to inspire and enlighten children on the importance of financial literacy. Fort Bend County residents (K-5th grade) that attend the session and elect to join The UTMA All-Stars will be gifted $33 toward funding a Vanguard Custodial UTMA (Universal Transfer to Minors Act) Account! This will provide S&P 500 Index and interest-compounded growth until the participant reaches the age of majority (Age 18 in Texas).
In addition to this, The UTMA All-Stars will provide $-for-$ matching (up to $100 per participant per year) for continuing to attend our financial literacy sessions! Our goal is to follow each class of participants through each successive grade-level, increasing their financial literacy as well as the investments in their personal UTMA account. Upon reaching the age of majority, the custodial accounts transfer to the control of the participant, and they can use the funds to provide for their benefit/welfare and potential further personal investment and compounding.
